रायगढ़।पूंजीपथरा स्थित ओपी जिंदल पार्क में रायगढ़ इस्पात उद्योग संघ और जिंदल प्रबंधन के बीच मची रार खत्म होने का नाम नहीं ले रही है। दोनों ही पक्षों के द्वारा एक दूसरे पर जमकर छींटाकशी की जा रही है। सोमवार को संघ की ओर से रखी प्रेसवार्ता में संघ के राकेश अग्रवाल ने यहां तक कह दिया कि जैसे बाला साहब के सपनों को उनके पुत्र उद्धव ने तोड़ा ठीक उसी राह पर उद्योगपति नवीन जिंदल अपने पिता ओपी जिंदल के सपनों को कुचल रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि ओपी जिंदल की प्रेरणा से ही जिले के 42 व्यापारियों ने ओपी जिंदल औद्योगिक पार्क में अपने उद्योग स्थापित किये। लेकिन अब इन उद्योगों पर तालाबंदी उनके पुत्र नवीन जिंदल लगा रहे हैं। क्या नवीन जिंदल को स्थानीय उद्योगपतियों की समस्या नहीं दिख रही है। हमने कई दफे नवीन जिंदल से संपर्क स्थापित करने की कोशिश की लेकिन उनके अधिकारी हमें मिलने नहीं दे रहे हैं।

प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में इस्पात उद्योग संघ के अमित अग्रवाल ने आरोप लगाया कि उनका विरोध प्रदर्शन जिंदल समूह के खिलाफ शांतिपूर्वक जारी है लेकिन जिंदल के निजी सुरक्षा गार्ड सादे कपड़े में आकर बलात लोगों और कर्मियों को हटा रहे हैं। जिस तरह से हाईकोर्ट में जिंदल प्रंबधन की ओर से झूठा बयान दिया गया कि वह हमें 70-80 फीसदी बिजली दे रहे हैं जबकि वह हमें बिजली दे ही नहीं रहा है। वह हमारे हिस्से की बिजली को दूसरी जगह बेच रहा है। कुल मिलाकर हमें बर्बाद करने की जिंदल ने ठान ली है।

संघ के निखिल अग्रवाल ने बताया कि 2003 में स्थापित ओपी जिंदल औद्योगिक पार्क में जिले के व्यापारियों ने उद्योग स्थापित किए। स्थानीय लोगों को स्थानीय उद्योगपतियों द्वारा आजीविका के लिए यह बेहतर कदम था। लेकिन जिंदल प्रबंधन द्वारा हर बार बिजली की दरों को लेकर उद्योग संघ को प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा है। बिजली की दर करने का अधिकार नियामक बोर्ड का है लेकिन जिंदल प्रबंधन ने मनमानी करते हुए दर को बढ़ा दिया है। रेट तय के लिए जिंदल नियामक के पास सही जानकरी नहीं दे रहा है जिससे बिजली की दर तय हो सके। यह जान-बूझकर हमें परेशान करने का षड़यंत्र रचा जा रहा है। बिजली आपूर्ति नहीं होने से कई मशीनें खराब हो गई हैं और उत्पादन ठप है। जिससे यहां कार्य करने वाले करीब 10,000 लोगों की आजीविका प्रभावित हो रही है।

एनपीए की कगार की कई उद्योग…

इस्पात उद्योग संघ के योगेश अग्रवाल कहते हैं कि बीते दो महीने से उन्होंने बैकों का न तो ब्याज पटाया है और न ही किश्त, स्थिति ऐसी रही तो अगले महीने वह एनपीए (अलाभकारी आस्तियां) घोषित हो जाएंगे। उनके साथ तीन-चार उद्योगपतियों की भी ऐसी ही स्थिति है। बकौल योगेश “5 मार्च 2022 से बिजली कटौती 50 प्रतिशत फिर उसके बाद 70 प्रतिशत और अब 80-82 प्रतिशत तक कटौती जिंदल समूह द्वारा किया जा रहा है। पूंजीपथरा औद्योगिक पार्क के 42 उद्योग सालाना 1500 करोड़ रूपये की जीएसटी अदा करते हैं। चार महीने से उत्पादन ठप होने से सरकार को करीब 500 करोड़ के जीएसटी का नुकसान हो चुका है।

जिले के संगठनों का साथ रायगढ़ इस्पात उद्योग संघ ने प्रेसवार्ता में बताया कि जिले के दो दर्जन से अधिक संगठनों का समर्थन उन्हें मिला है। वह विरोध प्रदर्शन शांत तरीके से कर रहे हैं। विरोध की जगह भी ऐसी है कि इससे आमजन को परेशानी नहीं है। हम वह लोग हैं जो अपने उद्योग पर ताला लगाकर वहीं पर अपना विरोध प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। फिर भी उनके द्वारा हमें कई तरीके से प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा है।

He said that due to the inspiration of OP Jindal, 42 traders of the district set up their industries in OP Jindal Industrial Park. But now his son Naveen Jindal is imposing a lockdown on these industries. Is Naveen Jindal not seeing the problem of local industrialists? We tried several times to get in touch with Naveen Jindal but his officials are not allowing us to meet him…

In the press conference, Amit Agarwal of Steel Industry Association alleged that their protest against Jindal group is going on peacefully but Jindal’s personal security guards are coming in plain clothes and forcefully removing people and personnel. The way Jindal Management gave a false statement in the High Court that they are giving us 70-80 per cent electricity while they are not giving us electricity at all. He is selling our share of electricity elsewhere. Overall, Jindal is determined to destroy us.
Nikhil Aggarwal of the association told that the traders of the district set up industries in the OP Jindal Industrial Park established in 2003. This was a better move for the livelihood of the local people by the local industrialists. But every time the industry association is being harassed by Jindal management regarding electricity rates. The regulatory board has the right to rate electricity, but the Jindal management has increased the rate arbitrarily. For fixing the rate, Jindal is not giving the correct information to the regulator so that the electricity rate can be fixed.This is a deliberate conspiracy to harass us. Due to lack of power supply, many machines have failed and production has come to a standstill. Due to which the livelihood of about 10,000 people working here is being affected…

Many industries on the verge of NPA…

Yogesh Aggarwal of Steel Industry Association says that for the last two months, they have neither paid interest nor installments of the banks, if the situation remains like this, they will be declared NPA (non-profitable assets) next month. Similar is the situation of three or four industrialists with them. According to Yogesh “From March 5, 2022, 50 percent power cut, then 70 percent after that and now 80-82 percent is being cut by Jindal Group.The 42 industries of Capitalpathra Industrial Park pay GST of Rs 1500 crore annually. The government has suffered a loss of about Rs 500 crore in GST due to the halt in production for four months.

Raigarh Steel Industry Association along with the organizations of the district told in the press conference that they have got the support of more than two dozen organizations of the district.He is protesting in a calm manner.The place of protest is also such that it does not bother the common man.We are the people who are protesting there by locking our industry. Yet we are being harassed by them in many ways…
