रायगढ़।शारदा विला कालोनी में रह रहे रहवासियों ने मेसर्स शारदा विला कालोनी के संचालक नारायण अग्रवाल एवं अशोक भाई मलकान के खिलाफ कलेक्टर रायगढ़ व निगम आयुक्त से शिकायत की जिनके द्वारा आज तक नगर निगम की मूलभूत सुविधाऐं की व्यस्था नही की गई है,जिससे कालोनी में रहने के कॉलोनी वासियों कई समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है,कॉलोनी वासियों ने अपने कलेक्टर को दिए हुये लिखित आवेदन में शारदा विला संचालक के विरुद्ध अनेक अनियमितताओं को दर्शाया गया है है जैसे आज तक बिल्डर्स के द्वारा रेरा की अनुमति नही ली गई है, जिसके कारण बिल्डर्स आज तक नगर निगम में कालोनी का हेण्ड ओवर नही किया है। नगर निगम का टैक्स भी अभी तक जमा नही किया गया है, जिसके कारण निगम के द्वारा जो मूलभूत सुविधाऐं मिलनी चाहिए वो भी कालोनी में नही है, चाहें वो नगर निगम के द्वारा अमृत मिशन के तहत पानी का सप्लाई हो, या रेन वाटर हारवेस्टिंग की सुविधा हो, कुड़ेदान और साफ- सफाई की व्यवस्था भी निरकुंश है,और तो और अग्निशामक यंत्र गाड़ी उक्त स्थान में जाने के लिए पर्याप्त जगह नही है एवं कालोनी में फायर ऐस्टिंग भी नही जिसके कारण यदि कल को कोई बड़ा हादसा होता है तो उसे बचाने की कोई सुविधा तक नही है।बिल्डर्स के द्वारा वर्ष 2016-17 में बताया गया था कि कालोनी में पानी के लिए 2 बोर की सुविधा और लिफ्ट के लिए जनरेटर सेट, गार्डन की सुविधा, कालोनी में मंदिर, कार वाहन पार्किंग जैसी मूलभूत सुविधाएं दी जायेगी लेकिन आज तक इन सुविधाओं को मुहैया नही कराई गई है।

बिल्डर्स के द्वारा कालोनी में सुविधाऐं नही दिया गया है। केवल 1 बोर ही कालोनी में उपलब्ध कराया गया है जिसके खराब हो जाने पर कालोनी में रहने वालों को पीने के पानी के लिए भी असुविधा होती है।कालोनी का मेन्टेनेंस, लिफ्ट का ए. एम. सी., साफ-सफाई करने वाले, सुरक्षाकर्मी का वेतन 2017 से ही हम सभी लोग स्वत: ही व्यवस्था करके जैसे-तैसे चला रहे हैं, जबकि ये जिम्मेदारी बिल्डर्स की होती है लेकिन उक्त बिल्डर्स यहां कालोनी में रहते नही है और हम लोगों की जो भी समस्या है उसके लिए किसी को बोल भी नही पाते हैं और मजबूर होकर खुद ही सब व्यवस्थाऐं करनी पड़ती है। जब भी बिल्डर्स को कहा जाता है तो उनके द्वारा यह कहा जाता है कि यह हमारी जवाबदारी नही है। हम लोग कई वर्षों से बहुत सारी समस्याऐं से जूझ रहें हैं।और उक्त सभी समस्याओं को लेकर आज शारदा विला कॉलोनी वासियों ने कलेक्टर रायगढ़ से इसकी शिकायत की गई व बिल्डर्स पर तत्कालिक कार्यवाही की मांग की गई है जिससे शारदा विला कालोनी में रहने वाले लोगो को सारी मूलभूत बुनियादी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध मिल सके ।

There is not enough space for the fire extinguisher car to go to the above place and there is no fire esting in the colony, due to which there is no facility to save if any major accident happens tomorrow. In the year 2016-17 by the builders. It was said that the basic needs like 2 bore facility for water and generator set for lift, garden facility, temple in the colony, car vehicle parking have not been provided till date.
Amenities are not provided by the builders in the colony. Only 1 bore is provided in the colony If it gets damaged, the residents of the colony also have inconvenience for drinking water. Maintenance of the colony, a. MC, sweeper, security personnel’s salary since 2017 For whatever problem people have, no one is able to speak for them and they have to make all the arrangements themselves by being forced. Whenever builders are asked, it is said by them that it is not our responsibility. We are facing many problems for many years. To have all the basic basic facilities…
