रायपुर।रेलवे बोर्ड चेयरमैन विनय कुमार त्रिपाठी छत्तीसगढ़ व ओडिशा के प्रवास पर आ रहे हैं। वे तीन दिनों तक यहां रहकर मातहतों से चर्चा करेंगे।अधिकारियों को डर है कि उनके प्रवास के दौरान यात्री रद ट्रेनों को लेकर विरोध न कर दें। इसी भय के कारण रेलवे ने रद 27 ट्रेनों को बहाल करने का निर्णय लिया है। दक्षिण पूर्व मध्य रेलवे ने 4 माह से रद्द चल रही 27 गाड़ियों को बहाल करने का आदेश जारी किया है। रेलवे द्वारा बहाल की जा रही गाड़ियों में 16 एक्सप्रेस और 11 मेमू व पैसेंजर ट्रेनें शामिल हैं। यह सभी ट्रेनें 10 से 17 जुलाई के बीच पटरी पर दौड़ने लगेगी। 6 जुलाई को रेलवे ने 36 ट्रेनों की कैंसिलेशन अवधि को 16 जुलाई तक बढ़ाया था, लेकिन अब फिर नया आदेश जारी किया गया है, जिसमें 27 ट्रेनों को बहाल कर दिया गया है। ट्रेनें शुरू होने से यात्रियों को बड़ी राहत मिलेगी।
दूसरी ओर रेल्वे मंडल को जनता का ये डर भी सता रहा है कि : नाराज जनता चेयरमैन के समक्ष किसी भी तरह से अपना विरोध प्रकट कर सकती है।अगर ऐसा हुआ तो अफसरों को इसका बड़ा खामियाजा भुगतना पड़ सकता है। यही वजह है कि लोगों की नाराजगी कम करने के लिए ट्रेनों को बहाल किया जा रहा है। हालांकि इसके बाद भी पूरी राहत नहीं मिलने वाली, क्योंकि अधिकांश ट्रेनों को दो से तीन दिन में बहाल करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। जबकि चेयरमैन के दौरे के दौरान कुछ ट्रेनें रद ही रहेंगी।
