रायगढ़।सिटी कोतवाली रायगढ़ में कल दिनांक 06 जून 2022 को जूटमिल क्षेत्र में रहने वाली 24 वर्षीय युवती द्वारा मोदीपारा के हेमलाल यादव के विरूद्ध छेड़खानी की रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराया गया, आरोपी को देर शाम ही कोतवाली पुलिस हिरासत में लेकर थाना लाया गया जिसे आज न्यायिक रिमांड पर भेजा गया है।घटना के संबंध में पीड़ित युवती बताई कि दिनांक 06 जून 2022 के शाम दुकान में काम कर रही थी। उसी समय एक युवक दुकान में आया और अकेली देखकर बुरी नियत से छेड़छाड़ कर हाथ बांह पकड़ कर खींच रहा था। तब शोर मचाई तो दुकान में काम करने वाले और लोग आये जिन्हें देखकर युवक भाग गया। दुकान में काम करने वालों ने छेड़खानी करने वाले युवक का नाम मोदीपारा का हेमलाल यादव बताये। युवती के ‍रिपोर्ट पर थाना कोतवाली में आरोपी हेमलाल यादव के विरूद्ध छेडखानी का अपराध दर्ज किया गया। अपराध दर्ज के तत्काल बाद थाना प्रभारी कोतवाली निरीक्षक मनीष नागर हमराह प्रधान आरक्षक समुंद रनकर, आरक्षक शशि चौहान के साथ आरोपी की पतासाजी, गिरफ्तारी के लिये रवाना हुये जिसे बस स्टैंड के पास से हिरासत में लेकर थाना लाया गया। आरोपी हेमलाल यादव पिता स्व. गोपीलाल यादव उम्र 20 वर्ष निवासी मोदीपारा रामबाग के पीछे थाना कोतवाली रायगढ़ से पूछताछ करने पर अपराध कबूल किया गया है जिसे गिरफ्तार कर आज न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में बाल सुधार गृह भेजा गया है।

प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार न्यायालय में आरोपी अपचारी बालक को लेकर नया मोड़ जब आया जिसमे अधिवक्ता विवेक मिश्रा ने बालक के बालिग़ न होने की बात कहीं और विवेचना कर रहे विवेचक की गलती को कोर्ट के समक्ष साबित किया जिसने आधार कार्ड की जांच किये बगैर ही नाबालिग को बालिग बना दिया गया जब न्यायालय में सही उम्र के बारे प्रगति पत्रक और आधार कार्ड देखा तो उसमें 22/01/2006 जन्म तिथि का पता चला तब न्यायालय ने विवेचक को तत्काल बाल न्यायालय में पेश होने का निर्देश दिया गया और उसे अपचारी बालक मानते हुये उसे बाल सुधार गृह पंजरीप्लान्ट भेजा गया नही तो पुलिस की इस बड़ी गलती एवं लापरवाही की वजह से नाबालिग को जेल जाना पड़ सकता था ।

Immediately after registering the crime, police station in-charge Kotwali Inspector Manish Nagar Humrah, head constable Samund Runkar, along with constable Shashi Chauhan, left for the arrest of the accused, who was taken into custody from the bus stand and brought to the police station. Gopilal Yadav, aged 20 years, has confessed to the crime after interrogating the police station Kotwali Raigarh behind Modipara Rambagh, who has been arrested and sent to the Children’s Correctional Home in judicial custody today.

According to the information received, a new twist came in the court regarding the accused delinquent child, in which advocate Vivek Mishra proved the mistake of the discriminant, who was not a minor without checking the Aadhar card. was made an adult, when the court saw the progress sheet and Aadhar card about the correct age, it found the date of birth on 22/01/2006, then the court directed the investigator to appear in the children’s court immediately and consider him as a delinquent child. If he was sent to the Children’s Correctional Home Panjari Plant, otherwise due to this big mistake and negligence of the police, the minor could have to go to jail….
