रायगढ़।भारतीय पत्रकार महासंघ के प्रदेश महासचिव सैय्यद अमीर नशीरुद्दीन ने मुख्यमंत्री मंत्री भूपेश बघेल जी से अपील की है,और पत्रकारों पे हो रहे अन्याय को जड़ से खत्म करने की बात कही है, प्रदेश में हो रहे पत्रकारों पे बार-बार हमले को लेकर पत्रकार महासंघ के प्रदेश महासचिव श्री सैय्यद अमीर नशीरुद्दीन ने कड़े शब्दों में इसकी घोर निंदा की है और साथ, साथ पत्रकारों की सुरक्षा को लेकर पत्रकार सुरक्षा कानून को जल्द से जल्द लागू किये जाने की पुरजोर मांग की है..
उन्होंने प्रदेश में जल्द से जल्द पत्रकार सुरक्षा कानून लागू किये जाने पर भी अपनी राय रखी है वहीं पत्रकारों के ऊपर हमले हो रहे तथा इस हो रहे अन्याय को रोकने व उनकी सुरक्षा में चूक को अहम मुद्दा बताया उन्होंने कहा,पुलिस प्रशासन को मीडिया एवं पत्रकारों की सुरक्षा को लेकर प्रथमदृष्टया प्राथमिकता से ख्याल रखना चाहिए। लेकिन प्रदेश में ऐसा हो नहीं रहा है सख्त कार्यवाही न कर हमला करने वालों का मनोबल हमेशा बढ़ रहा है जिसे रोकना जरूरी है ,माननीय मुख्यमंत्री महोदय पत्रकारों की भलाई के लिए हमेशा नई योजनाएं लागू कर रहे हैं। लेकिन प्रशासन उन पर अमल नहीं कर रहा है। रोजाना पत्रकारों से मारपीट की घटनाएं अखबार की सुर्खियों में आ रही है,जिसे प्रशासन की बड़ी चूक कह सकते है,पुलिसियां तंत्र के सख्त कार्यवाही न करने पर भी सवाल उठ रहा है पुलिस की लापरवाही से लगातार पत्रकारों पर हमलों की संख्या बढ़ रही है। यदि पुलिस, सख्ती से कार्रवाई करने लगे तो ऐसा करने वालों को कई बार सोचना पड़ेगा। प्रशासन की,लापरवाही पत्रकारों के लिए तो उनकी जान का खतरा बन ही रही है साथ ही सरकार की छवि भी धूमिल कर रही है,पत्रकार महासंघ के महासचिव श्री सैय्यद अमीर नशीरुद्दीन ने रायपुर के वरिष्ठ पत्रकार श्री धीरेंद्र गिरी गोस्वामी पर हमले एवं 5 मार्च लैलूंगा प्रेस क्लब के नवनिर्वाचित अध्यक्ष व राष्ट्रीय अखबार दैनिक भास्कर के नगर संवाददाता पर हमले की कड़ी शब्दो मे निंदा की है और इस हमले को कायराना बताया है और साथ ही घायल पत्रकार की परम पिता परमात्मा से दोनों की शीघ्र ही,स्वस्थ लाभ होने की कामना भी की है ।

Raigarh:- State General Secretary of Indian Journalists Federation, Syed Amir Naseeruddin has appealed to Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel ji, and has spoken to root out the injustice being done to journalists, regarding repeated attacks on journalists in the state. State General Secretary of the Journalists Federation, Mr. Syed Amir Naseeruddin, has strongly condemned it in strong words and at the same time has strongly demanded the implementation of the Journalists Protection Act at the earliest for the safety of journalists.
He has also given his opinion on the implementation of the Journalist Protection Act at the earliest, while the journalists are being attacked and the lapse in their security is an important issue to stop this injustice happening. Prima facie care should be taken regarding the safety of But this is not happening in the state, the morale of the attackers is always increasing by not taking strict action, which is necessary to stop, the honorable Chief Minister is always implementing new schemes for the welfare of journalists. But the administration is not implementing them. The incidents of assault on journalists are coming in the headlines of the newspaper, which can be called a big mistake of the administration, the question is also being raised about the police system not taking strict action, due to the negligence of the police, the number of attacks on journalists is increasing continuously. If the police starts taking strict action, then those who do this will have to think many times.
