रायगढ़।शहर की चर्चित स्वामी आत्मानंद सरकारी इंग्लिश मीडियम स्कूल पूर्व कलेक्टर भीम सिंह के निगरानी में जब तक था सबकुछ सही था लेकिन उनके जाने के पश्चात स्कूल व परिसर अनुशासन विहीन हो गया है छात्रों की सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से स्कूल में कई कमियां अब दिखने लगी है छात्र एवं छात्राओं की सुरक्षा को लेकर अब प्रशासन चिंतित नजर नही आता है स्कूल परिसर में कोई भी सुरक्षाकर्मी मौजूद नही किसी जगह सीसीटीवी कैमरा नही स्कूल समय मे परिसर के दोनों गेट का खुला रहना ऐसे में यदि कोई अप्रिय घटना बच्चों के साथ घट जाती है तो उसकी जिम्मेदारी किस की होगी,इन सब बातों को वर्तमान कलेक्टर के समक्ष लाने का मकसद सिर्फ यह है कि जिस स्कूल को संचालित करने के लिए जिला प्रशासन ने अपनी ऐड़ी चोटी का जोर लगा दिया आज वो फिर से विवादों की ओर धीरे-धीरे कदम बढ़ा रहा है आपको यह भी बता दें कि जिला शिक्षा विभाग व प्रशासन की ओर से छात्रों की सुरक्षा को लेकर अब तक कोई भी ऐसी गाइडलाइंस लाईन जारी नही की गई है तथा वहां पढ़ने वाले छात्रों की सुरक्षा व्वयस्था को लेकर अभिभावकों के मन में अप्रिय घटना का डर बना हुआ है।।
