रायगढ़।प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार छोटे अतरमुड़ा हेमलता प्रोविजन स्टोर के आगे तालाब के पास राजीव कालिया वकील के घर के ठीक सामने बहुमूल्य शासकीय भूमि में बिना किसी के डर और भय के मकान निर्माण कार्य किया जा रहा है।जब यह जानकारी हमारे संवाददाता के पास पहुंची तो इसकी वास्तविकता जानने की कोशिश की गई व जिसकी सूचना उस क्षेत्र के नजूल आर आई पटवारी श्री योगेश पटेल को दी गई कि आपके क्षेत्र अंर्तगत आने वाली उक्त शासकीय भूमि पर अतिक्रमण कर निर्माण कार्य किया जा रहा है व धड़ल्ले से दो मंजिला मकान बनाया जा रहा है तो उनका कहना है कि यदि कोई इसकी शिकायत तहसीलदार साहब से करे तभी हम कार्यवाही कर सकते है,आपको बता दे कि जहां आज लोगों के द्वारा भूमि महंगे दामों में खरीदकर डायवर्सन कराकर नगर निगम से अनुमति लेकर निवास हेतु मकान निर्माण किया जा रहा है वही कुछ लोगो के द्वारा शासकीय भूमि पर बलात कब्जा किया जा रहा,नगर निगम एवं नगर निवेश से अनुमति से छुटकारा पाकर बहुमूल्य सरकारी जमीन में बड़े मजे से आसानी से निर्माण कर सरकार के नियमों की धज्जियां उड़ाई जा रही अथवा मकान एवं दुकान निर्माण कराई जा रही है शासन-प्रशासन के मौन एवं सुस्त रवैया के कारण इन जैसे लोगों का मनोबल दिन प्रतिदिन और बढ़ता जा रहा है और शासकीय भूमि पर कब्जा किया जा रहा है।जिसका खेल शहर में निरंतर चालू है,यदि जिला प्रशासन के द्वारा इन सब बातों को संज्ञान में लेकर उचित कार्यवाही जल्द नही की गई तो शायद ही शहर में कोई शासकीय भूमि बचेगी।

Whose game is going on continuously in the city, if the district administration takes all these things into consideration.  If action is not taken soon, hardly any government land will be left in the city.
