61 पत्रकार श्रमवीर सम्मान से हुए सम्मानित: पत्रकारों के स्वास्थ्य बीमा के लिए जल्द से जल्द होगी शुरुआत : मुख्यमंत्री श्री बघेल..
रायपुर।मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने कहा है कि राज्य सरकार पत्रकारों को स्वास्थ्य बीमा का लाभ दिलाने के लिए जल्द पहल की जाएगी। पत्रकारों की इस मांग का अध्ययन कर शीघ्र उचित निर्णय लिया जाएगा। वर्तमान में मरीजों को इलाज के लिए सहायता उपलब्ध कराने के लिए राज्य शासन द्वारा योजनाएं संचालित की जा रही है। ये देखेंगे कि पत्रकारों को इन योजनाओं के माध्यम से कव्हर किया जा सकता है या नहीं अथवा इसके लिए बजट में अलग से मद का प्रावधान करने की आवश्यकता पड़ेगी। इस संबंध में जो भी कदम उठाने होंगे वे अवश्य उठाए जाएंगे। जरूरी हुआ तो विधानसभा में भी इसे लाएंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री बघेल ने आज राजधानी रायपुर के न्यू सर्किट हाउस के कॉन्क्लेव हॉल में आयोजित श्रमवीर सम्मान 2022-23 समारोह को सम्बोधित करते हुए यह बात कही। सम्मान समारोह में मुख्यमंत्री श्री बघेल ने जांजगीर-चांपा जिले के ग्राम पिहरीद में राहुल साहू के रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन के दौरान रिकार्ड 109 घंटे जीवंत कव्हरेज करने वाले 61 पत्रकारों को श्रमवीर सम्मान से सम्मानित किया। कार्यक्रम का आयोजन भारती श्रमजीवी पत्रकार संघ की छत्तीसगढ़ इकाई द्वारा किया गया।संसदीय सचिव विकास उपाध्याय कार्यक्रम में विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित थे। वरिष्ठ पत्रकार रमेश नैय्यर, भारती श्रमजीवी पत्रकार संघ छत्तीसगढ़ इकाई के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष नितिन चौबे, सलाहकार परिषद के सदस्य डॉ. हिमांशु द्विवेदी, गोपाल वोरा और मोहसिन अली सोहेल सहित संघ के अनेक पदाधिकारी और सदस्य पत्रकार मौजूद थे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि विधानसभा के आगामी शीतकालीन सत्र या बजट सत्र में पत्रकार सुरक्षा कानून लाया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना के कारण जो प्रथमिकताएँ थी उनके क्रम में परिवर्तन हुआ है पर पत्रकार सुरक्षा कानून हमारी प्राथमिकता में शामिल है और बहुत जल्द लागू करने के लिए हम प्रयासरत हैं। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के पूर्व जस्टिस की अध्यक्षता इस संबंध में गठित की गई कमेटी की कई बैठकें हो चुकी हैं। इसका ड्राफ्ट भी तैयार हो गया है।मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने सम्मान समारोह को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि एक दौर था जब टेबल न्यूज की चर्चा होती थी और ग्रामीण पत्रकारिता की बात होती थी। अब इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया के आ जाने से पत्रकारों को घटना स्थल पर जाना पड़ता है। उन्होंने कहा कि पत्रकारों का जीवन बड़ा कठिन होता है। उनमें एक जुनून होता है कि पत्रकारिता करनी है, लेकिन इससे भी ज्यादा मुश्किल पत्रकारिता में स्थापित होना होता है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जांजगीर-चांपा के पिहरीद गांव में बालक राहुल साहू के बोरवेल में गिरने की घटना के समय शासन- प्रशासन के साथ सभी लोगों ने, पत्रकार, व्यवसायी, समाजसेवी सभी ने जिससे जो बन पड़ा सहायता की। 109 घण्टे इतने लंबे समय तक चले रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन के बाद राहुल का सकुशल लौट आना देश में इकलौता उदाहरण है। इसके पहले भी बोरवेल से बच्चों को सकुशल निकाला गया है, लेकिन वहां रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन की अवधि कम थी, वहां की जमीन नरम थी, चट्टान नहीं थी। ऑपरेशन के दौरान कई ऐसे अवसर आए, जब लगा कि राहुल अब निकल आएगा, लेकिन आपॅरेशन लम्बा खिचता गया। रेस्क्यू टीम पूरे हौसले के साथ अपने काम में जुटी रहीं और ऑपरेशन को सफलतापूर्वक अंजाम दिया। इस लम्बे रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन के दौरान पत्रकार साथियों ने अनेक कठिनाईयों और चुनौतियों का सामना करते हुए पल-पल की सकारात्मक रिपोर्टिंग की और पूरे प्रदेश, देश और दुनिया तक सूचना पहुंचाई। सभी लोगों की संवेदनाएं राहुल के साथ जुड़ी और उनकी दुआएं काम आई और राहुल हमारे बीच सकुशल लौट आया। उन्होंने कहा कि राहुल को कीचड़ से हुए इन्फेक्शन को ठीक करने में डॉक्टरों ने बहुत मेहनत की अब राहुल साहू की स्पीच थेरेपी कराई जा रही है।
कार्यक्रम को सम्बोधित करते हुए संसदीय सचिव विकास उपाध्याय ने कहा कि आज के इस कार्यक्रम में उन पत्रकारों का सम्मान किया जा रहा है, जिन्होंने राहुल के रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन को नजदीक से देखा और पल-पल की खबर लोगों तक पहुंचाई। पत्रकार साथियों ने बिना भोजन किए, बिना विश्राम किए पूरे घटनाक्रम की लाईव रिपोर्टिंग की। डॉ. हिमांशु द्विवेदी ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल की संवेदनशीलता और लगातार प्रोत्साहन से रेस्क्यू टीम ने संकल्प शक्ति के साथ इस ऑपरेशन को सफलतापूर्वक अंजाम दिया। भारती श्रमजीवी पत्रकार संघ छत्तीसगढ़ इकाई के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष नितिन चौबे ने स्वागत भाषण दिया। संघ के प्रदेश प्रवक्ता सुखनंदन बंजारे ने आभार प्रदर्शन किया।

61 journalists honored with Shramveer Samman…
Raipur:- Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has said that the state government will soon take initiative to provide benefits of health insurance to journalists. After studying this demand of journalists, appropriate decision will be taken soon. At present, schemes are being run by the state government to provide help for treatment to the patients. It will be seen whether journalists can be covered through these schemes or not or for this there will be a need to make a separate item in the budget. Whatever steps have to be taken in this regard will definitely be taken. If necessary, we will bring it in the assembly also.
Chief Minister Shri Baghel said this while addressing the Shramveer Samman 2022-23 function organized at the Conclave Hall of New Circuit House, Raipur today. In the felicitation ceremony, Chief Minister Shri Baghel honored 61 journalists with Shramveer Samman for a record 109 hours of live coverage during the rescue operation of Rahul Sahu at village Pihrid in Janjgir- Champa district. The program was organized by the Chhattisgarh unit of Bharti Shramjeevi Journalist Association.
Parliamentary Secretary Vikas Upadhyay was present in the program as a special guest. Senior journalist Ramesh Nayyar, State President of Bhartiya Shramjeevi Journalist Association Chhattisgarh unit Nitin Choubey, members of the advisory council Dr. Himanshu Dwivedi, Gopal Vora and Mohsin Ali Sohail, including many office bearers and member journalists of the union were present.
The Chief Minister said that the Journalists Protection Act would be brought in the upcoming winter session or budget session of the Vidhan Sabha. He said that there has been a change in the order of priorities which were due to Corona, but the journalist protection law is included in our priority and we are trying to implement it very soon. Several meetings of the committee constituted in this regard have been held under the chairmanship of former Supreme Court justices. Its draft has also been prepared.
While addressing the award ceremony, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said that there was a time when there was talk of table news and talk of rural journalism. Now with the advent of electronic media, journalists have to go to the site of the incident. He said that the life of journalists is very difficult. They have a passion to do journalism, but even more difficult is to get established in journalism.
The Chief Minister said that at the time of the incident of falling of child Rahul Sahu in a borewell in Pihrid village of Janjgir- Champa, along with the administration, all the people, journalists, businessmen, social workers all helped in whatever way they could. Rahul’s return safely after a rescue operation that lasted for 109 hours is the only example in the country. Even before this, children have been safely removed from the borewell, but the duration of the rescue operation there was short, the ground there was soft, there was no rock. There were many such occasions during the operation, when it seemed that Rahul would come out now, but the operation took a long time. The rescue team continued its work with full enthusiasm and carried out the operation successfully. During this long rescue operation, journalist colleagues, facing many difficulties and challenges, did positive reporting moment by moment and conveyed information to the entire state, country and the world. The condolences of all the people joined with Rahul and his prayers came in handy and Rahul returned safely among us. He said that doctors worked very hard to cure Rahul’s infection due to mud, now Rahul Sahu’s speech therapy is being done.
While addressing the program, Parliamentary Secretary Vikas Upadhyay said that in today’s program, those journalists are being respected who have closely watched the rescue operation of Rahul and brought the news of the moment to the people. Journalist colleagues did live reporting of the entire incident without taking any food, without taking rest. Dr. Himanshu Dwivedi said that due to the sensitivity and constant encouragement of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, the rescue team successfully carried out this operation with determination. State President of Bharati Shramjeevi Journalist Association Chhattisgarh unit, Nitin Choubey, delivered the welcome address. Union State Spokesperson Sukhnandan Banjare proposed the vote of thanks.
