छत्तीसगढ़। के राजस्व मंत्री जयसिंह अग्रवाल के गाड़ी ने बाइक सवार दो युवकों को टक्कर मार दी. सड़क हादसे में एक युवक की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई. दूसरा युवक गम्भीर रूप से घायल हो गया. राजस्व मंत्री जयसिंह अग्रवाल के शासकीय फार्च्यूनर कार चालक ने बाइक सवार 2 युवको को चपेट में लेकर कुचल दिया. पुलिस ने फार्च्यूनर को जब्त कर कार चालक को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है. घटनाक्रम दुर्ग जिला के पाटन थाना क्षेत्र का हैं. राजस्व मंत्री अभी गुजरात दौरे पर है।
राजस्व मंत्री की अनुपस्थिति में कार के चालक ने बिना किसी को सूचना दिये फॉर्च्यूनर कार को दुर्ग ले गया था. पाटन थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम लोहरसी निवासी तीस वर्षीय प्रकाश चन्द्राकर पिता बसंत चंद्राकर जामगांव के एचपी गैस एजेंसी का मैनेजर है. वह अपने साथी मुनेश चन्द्राकर के साथ कल शाम करीबन साढ़े 6 बजे अपने साथी के साथ मोटरसाइकिल से सब्जी खरीदने निकला था. सामने से आ रहे तेज रफ्तार सफेद फार्च्यूनर कार ने बाइक को अपनी चपेट में ले लिया.
कार बाइक सवारों को घसीटते हुए लगभग 30 मीटर तक अपने साथ ले गई. जिसमें प्रकाश की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई तो वही मुनेश चंद्राकर गम्भीर रूप से घायल हो गया. घटना के बाद आक्रोशित लोगों ने पाटन थाने का घेराव कर दिया. सफेद रंग की शासकीय फार्च्यूनर कार प्रदेश के राजस्व मंत्री जयसिंह अग्रवाल की है. मंत्री अग्रवाल अभी गुजरात दौरे पर हैं. लिहाजा उनकी कार को नियमतः राजधानी में ही खड़ी रहनी चाहिए थी. पर वाहन चालक द्वारा बिना किसी को बताए व अनुमति लिए ही कार को दुर्ग ले जाया गया थावाहन चालक स्टेट गैरेज का शासकीय वाहन चालक है. स्टेट गैरेज के अधीक्षक ने मंत्री के निज सचिव से इसकी जानकारी मांगी है. पुलिस ने पाटन थाने में अपराध क्रमांक 156/22 धारा 279, 337,304 ए कायम कर आरोपी चालक राम नेताम पिता रामाधर नेताम उम्र 30 वर्ष को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है. तेज रफ्तार फॉर्च्यूनर कार के चालक ने लापरवाही पूर्वक गाड़ी चलाते हुए बाइक सवार युवको को चपेट में लेकर कुचल दिया।

He, along with his partner Munesh Chandrakar, had gone out to buy vegetables on a motorcycle with his partner at around 6.30 pm yesterday. The speeding white Fortuner car coming from the front took the bike in its grip.
The car dragged the bike riders with it for about 30 meters. In which Prakash died on the spot, the same Munesh Chandrakar was seriously injured. After the incident, angry people gheraoed the Patan police station. The white colored official Fortuner car belongs to the state’s Revenue Minister Jai Singh Agarwal. Minister Agarwal is currently on a Gujarat tour. Therefore, his car should have been parked in the capital as a rule. But the car was taken to the fort by the driver without informing anyone and without taking permission, the driver is the government vehicle driver of the state garage. The superintendent of the state garage has sought information from the personal secretary of the minister. Police have arrested the accused driver Ram Netam father Ramadhar Netam age 30 years by setting up crime number 156/22 section 279, 337,304A in Patan police station. The driver of the high speed Fortuner car, while driving recklessly, crushed the bike riders and crushed them.
