रायगढ़।शिकायतकर्ता/पीड़ित अभिषेक अग्रवाल निवासी अटल बिहार कोतरारोड़ द्वारा धोखाधड़ी, गबन के संबंध में प्रेषित किया गया शिकायत पत्र दिनांक 12.08.2022 को पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय से थाना प्रभारी कोतवाली रायगढ़ को जांच के लिये भेजा गया,शिकायत जांच दौरान थाना प्रभारी कोतवाली निरीक्षक मनीष नागर शिकायतकर्ता/पीड़ित अभिषेक अग्रवाल से पूछताछ कर धोखाधड़ी के संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी लिया गया, साथ ही साथ पीड़ित के वर्तमान में संचालित अलग-अलग तीन बैंक खातों को होल्ड कराया गया जिससे पीड़ित के खाते से अन्य खाते में ट्रांसफर हुआ 50 लाख रूपये होल्ड हो गया,मामले की जांच में अनावेदक रोहन शर्मा निवासी गोकूल धाम रायगढ़ द्वारा बगैर जानकारी शिकायतकर्ता/पीड़ित अभिषेक अग्रवाल के खाते से 50 लाख रूपये अपने खाते में धोखाधड़ी कर प्राप्त करना पाये जाने पर आरोपी रोहन शर्मा के विरूद्ध धारा 420, 409 IPC का अपराध कल दिनांक 17.08.2022 को दर्ज कर आरोपी के घर दबिश देकर गिरफ्तार किया गया जिसे आज न्यायिक रिमांड पर भेजा गया है ।
जानकारी के मुताबिक शिकायतकर्ता अभिषेक अग्रवाल पिता श्री विष्णु अग्रवाल (उम्र 31 वर्ष) निवासी अटल बिहार कोतरारोड रायगढ़ बताये कि ठेकेदार है । रोहन शर्मा इनसे ठेकेदारी का काम सिखने के इरादे से जुड़ा । धीरे-धीरे विश्वास प्राप्त करने के बाद रोहन को बैंक में रूपये जमा करने का काम भी दिया करता था, अभिषेक अग्रवाल काम के सिलसिले में अपना साइन किया हुआ चेक रोशन को दिया था कि आवश्यकता अनुसार बैंक में लगावे । कुछ दिनों पहले अभिषेक, रोहन को चेक के संबंध में पूछा तो रोहन दिये हुये सारे चेक खत्म हो जाना बताया ।दिनांक 03.08.2022 को अभिषेक के खाते से रोहन के खाते में 50 लाख रूपये ट्रांसफर होने की जानकारी मिला,तब अचंभित हो गया कि रूपये ट्रांसफर होने का बैंक से कैसे कोई मैसेज नहीं आया था । जब अभिषेक, रोहन को कॉल कर रूपयों के ट्रांसफर के संबंध में पूछा तो रोहन बाहर हूं, आकर बात करता हूं कहकर कॉल काट दिया ।
अभिषेक के शिकायत के बाद कोतवाली पुलिस ने आरोपी रोहन शर्मा पिता दिनदयाल शर्मा उम्र 28 वर्ष साकिन गोकूल धाम थाना कोतवाली रायगढ़ को धोखाधड़ी, गबन के आरोप में गिरफ्तार कर रिमांड पर भेजा गया है,आरोपी पतासाजी, गिरफ्तारी में थाना प्रभारी कोतवाली निरीक्षक मनीष नागर,उप निरीक्षक बी.एस.डहरिया,आर.एस. तिवारी,प्रधान आरक्षक श्यमदेव साहू, श्रीराम साहू की अहम भूमिका रही है ।

Raigarh:- Complaint letter sent by the complainant/victim Abhishek Agarwal resident Atal Bihar Kotrarod regarding fraud, embezzlement was sent on 12.08.2022 from the Superintendent of Police’s office to the station in-charge, Kotwali Raigarh for investigation, the police station in-charge Kotwali Inspector during the complaint investigation Manish Nagar complainant/victim Abhishek Aggarwal was questioned and detailed information was taken regarding the fraud, as well as the three different bank accounts currently operated by the victim were held, due to which Rs 50 lakh was transferred from the victim’s account to another account. In the investigation of the case, the appellant Rohan Sharma, resident of Gokul Dham Raigarh, found that the complainant/victim Abhishek Aggarwal had fraudulently received Rs. The crime was registered yesterday on 17.08.2022 and arrested after raiding the house of the accused, who has been sent on judicial remand today.
According to the information, complainant Abhishek Aggarwal father Shri Vishnu Aggarwal (age 31 years) resident of Atal Bihar Kotrarod Raigarh told that he is a contractor. Rohan Sharma joined them with the intention of learning contract work. After slowly gaining trust, Rohan was also given the job of depositing money in the bank, Abhishek Agarwal gave his signed check in connection with the work to Roshan to put it in the bank as per the requirement. A few days ago, Abhishek asked Rohan about the check, then Rohan told that all the checks given to him were over. How did you not get any message from the bank about transfer of money? When Abhishek calls Rohan and asks him about the transfer of money, Rohan is outside, comes and talks and disconnects the call.
After Abhishek’s complaint, the Kotwali police arrested the accused Rohan Sharma, father Dindayal Sharma, age 28, Sakin Gokul Dham police station Kotwali Raigarh, arrested on charges of fraud,embezzlement and sent on remand, accused tracing, police station in-charge in arrest Manish Nagar, Sub-Inspector BS Dahria, R.S.Tiwari, head constable Shyamdev Sahu, Shri Ram Sahu have played an important role.
