लगता है जल्द ही कानून की किताबो में भी हमे ‘ईश्वर ‘ और ‘अल्लाह’ की नई डेफिनेशन पढ़ने को मिल सकती है, की
जो मन्दिर में मौजूद हो उसे ईश्वर कहते है, और जो मस्जिद में हो मौजूद हो उसे अल्लाह कहते है।
और अगर किसी कम अक्ल शख्स को शक ओ शुबहा हो की पता नही मैं सालो से जहां इबादत/ पूजा कर रहा हू, वह मंदिर है या मस्जिद ? पता नही मैं किसकी इबादत कर रहा हू ?
और जानने के लिए वो अहमक कोर्ट का दरवाज़ा खटखटाए तो शायद किसी कोर्ट द्वारा उसे भी सर्वे कर खुदाई कर पता लगाने का आदेश भी दे दिया जाए।
खुदाई में अगर कुछ पाया गया तो वो इश्वर का निवास यानि मंदिर ।
और अगर कुछ नही पाया गया तो वहा अल्लाह मौजूद यानि मस्जिद।
और मुझ जैसे कुछ वकील दलील देते थक जाएंगे की जज साहब ईश्वर /अल्लाह तो हर जगह, हर शय में मौजूद है, हिन्दू धर्म में तो ईश्वर के साकार और निराकार दोनो रूप माने गए है, तो फिर आप मन्दिर और मस्जिद में फ़र्क किस तरह कर सकते है ?
अन्त में विनम्र अनुरोध कर कहना चाहूंगा, की साहब इस मुल्क में अदालत को भी न्याय का मंदिर कहा जाता है, और हम आपसे अपेक्षा करते है की चंद मुट्ठी भर लोग हिन्दू मुस्लिम को ईश्वर /अल्लाह के नाम से बाट रहे है, गंदी राजनीति कर रहे है, लोगो में नफ़रत और दुश्मनी का बीज बो रहे है, कम से कम आप उनकी मदद कर उनके मंसूबों को कामयाब न होने दे, यहां सदियों से सभी धर्म सभी मज़हब के लोग मोहब्बत से रहकर अपने अपने तरीको से इबादत/पूजा करते चले आ रहे है, आज तक न तो किसी को मस्जिदों की अज़ान से तकलीफ़ हुईं और न ही किसी को मन्दिर के घंटो से शंख की ध्वनि से कोलाहल महसूस हुवा, बल्कि ये आवाजे सबके कानो में मधुर रस घोलती है, यदि आपने भी हिन्दुस्तानियों के मर्म को यहां की गंगा जमुनी तहज़ीब को नहीं समझा और नफ़रत फ़ैलाने वालो के मंसूबों को कामयाब कर दिया तो मुझ जैसे निर्भीक अधिवक्ता को यह कहने में संकोच नहीं होगा की न्यायपालिका से मुझ जैसे लाखो आम हिन्दुस्तानियों का विश्वास इस न्याय मन्दिर से उठ जायेगा।
जज साहब हम मानते है की इस मुल्क की मिट्टी में इसके पत्थरों मे कण कण में ईश्वर/ अल्लाह मौजूद है ।आप भले ही फ़ैसला कर दे मगर उस सर्व शक्तिमान ईश्वर/अल्लाह का फ़ैसला होना यकीनन बाकी रहेगा।

It seems that soon we may get to read new definitions of ‘God’ and ‘Allah’ in the books of law, that
The one who is present in the temple is called Ishwar, and the one who is present in the mosque is called Allah.
And if any less intelligent person has doubts that where I have been worshiping / worshiping for years, is it a temple or a mosque? I don’t know who am I worshiping?
To know more, if he knocks on the door of the Ahamak Court, then perhaps some court may also order him to survey and dig it out.
If anything is found in the excavation, then it is the abode of God i.e. the temple.
And if nothing is found, then Allah is present there, that is, the mosque.
And some lawyers like me will get tired of arguing that the judge, God / Allah is present everywhere, in every mind, in Hinduism, both the corporeal and formless forms of God are considered, then how can you differentiate between a temple and a mosque. can do?
In the end, I would like to say with a humble request, Sir, in this country the court is also called the temple of justice, and we expect from you that a handful of people are distributing Hindus and Muslims in the name of God / Allah, doing dirty politics. Have been sowing the seeds of hatred and enmity among the people, at least you do not let their plans succeed by helping them, here for centuries, people of all religions, all religions lived with love and worshiped / worshiped in their own ways. Coming, till date, no one has been troubled by the azan of mosques, nor has anyone felt the noise of the sound of conch shells from the temple bells, but these voices mix sweet juice in everyone’s ears, if you have also listened to the heart of Indians. If you do not understand the Ganga Jamuni culture here and make the plans of those who spread hatred successful, then a fearless lawyer like me will not hesitate to say that the faith of millions of common Indians like me in the judiciary will be lifted from this temple of justice.
Judge sir, we believe that God/Allah is present in the soil of this country in every particle of its stones. Even if you decide, but the decision of that Almighty God/Allah will surely remain..
