रायपुर। मंजिल उन्हीं को मिलती है जिनके सपनों में जान होती है, पंख से कुछ नहीं होता , हौंसलों से उड़ान होती है। ये कविता हम हमेशा ही सुनते आए हैं, लेकिन इसे चरितार्थ करके दिखाया है दिल्ली की रहने वाली एक दृष्टिहीन छात्रा यवनिका ने। यवनिका रायपुर के हिदायतुल्ला नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटी से बीएएलएलबी (आनर्स) 2021 बैच की टापर हैं और इन्होंने प्रोफेशनल एथिक्स में गोल्ड मेडल भी हासिल किया है।
यवनिका को ये गोल्ड मेडल यूनिवर्सिटी के पांचवें दीक्षांत समारोह में चीफ जस्टिस आफ इंडिया की मौजूदगी में प्रदान किया गया। यवनिका दृष्टिहीन छात्रा हैं, लेकिन उन्होंने इसे कभी भी अपनी कमजोरी नहीं समझा, बल्कि उनके हौंसले उन्हें उड़ान भरने के लिए लगातार प्रेरित करते रहे। दिल्ली की रहने वाली यवनिका के पिता भारतीय रेल सेवा में अधिकारी हैं तथा मां स्पेशल एजुकेटर के तौर पर काम कर रही थीं। यवनिका ने फैसला लिया कि वो लॉ की पढ़ाई करेंगी। यवनिका ने रायपुर के हिदायतुल्ला नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटी में एडमिशन लिया।
यवनिका को कोई परेशानी ना हो इसके लिए उनकी मां ने अपनी नौकरी छोड़ दी और यवनिका के साथ ही रायपुर में पांच वर्ष तक रहीं। अपने मंजिल को पाने मे यवनिका ने अपनी पूरी जान लगा दी और आखिरकार वो इसमें कामयाब भी हुईं। इतना ही नहीं यवनिका ने खुद के लिए नई मंजिल तय की है और इसे पाने के लिए वो नेशनल ला कालेज बंगलौर में एलएलएम कोर्स में एडमिशन लेकर पढ़ाई भी कर रही हैं।
यवनिका का कहना है कि रायपुर की पांच साल की जर्नी में कालेज, फैकल्टी और साथी स्टूडेंट्स ने उसका बहुत सपोर्ट किया जिसके लिए वो हमेशा उनका आभारी रहेगी। यवनिका का कहना है कि माता पिता धरती पर भगवान का रूप हैं और उनका आशीर्वाद है तो जीवन में किसी भी लक्ष्य को पाना नामुमकिन नहीं है। यवनिका ने हमेशा ही अपनी मेहनत और काबीलियत पर भरोसा रखा और अपने लक्ष्य को हासिल किया। यवनिका के जुझारू पन के सम्मान में उसे गोल्ड मेडल देते वक्त जीफ जस्टिस श्री एन वी रमणा तथा मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल समेत सभी अतिथि अपनी जगह पर खड़े होकर उनका उत्साह बढ़ाया।

Raipur:- The destination is attained by those whose dreams have life, nothing happens with wings, flight takes place with courage. We have always heard this poem, but it has been shown by a blind student living in Delhi, Yavanika. Yavanika is a BALLB (Hons) 2021 batch topper from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur and has also won Gold Medal in Professional Ethics.
This gold medal was presented to Yavanika in the presence of the Chief Justice of India in the fifth convocation ceremony of the university. Yavanika is a blind student, but she never considered it as her weakness, but her spirits continued to inspire her to fly. Delhi-based Yavanika’s father is an officer in the Indian Railway Service and mother was working as a Special Educator. Yavanika decided that she would study law. Yavanika took admission in Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur.
In order not to face any problem for Yavanika, her mother left her job and lived with Yavanika in Raipur for five years. Yavanika put her whole life in achieving her destination and finally she was successful in it. Not only this, Yavanika has set a new destination for herself and to achieve this, she is also studying by taking admission in LLM course at National Law College, Bangalore.
Yavanika says that the college, faculty and fellow students supported her a lot during her five-year journey to Raipur, for which she will always be grateful to them. Yavanika says that parents are the form of God on earth and if they have blessings then it is not impossible to achieve any goal in life. Yavanika always believed in her hard work and ability and achieved her goal. While giving the gold medal to Yavanika in honor of her fighting spirit, all the guests including Jeff Justice Shri NV Ramana and Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel stood in their places and encouraged her…
