महिला ने मिट्टी तेल डालकर की आत्महत्या…मामले से उठा पर्दा…पति हुआ गिरफ्तार
जांजगीर-चांपा। महिला ने मिट्टी तेल डालकर आग में जलकर आत्महत्या कर ली।️ आत्महत्या के लिये दुष्प्रेरित करने वाले आरोपी पति को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।️ आरोपी पति को थाना बम्हनीडीह पुलिस ने सलाखों के पीछे पहुंचाया।️ आरोपी पति के विरूद्ध अपराध क्र0 52/22 धारा 306 भादवि पंजीबद्ध किया गया।️ आरोपी को दिनांक 14.08.22 को न्यायिक रिमाण्ड में भेजा गया।थाना बम्हनीडीह के मर्ग क्रमांक 04/22 धारा 174 जा.फौ. की जांच में पाया गया कि मृतिका का पति अजय शर्मा उम्र 49 वर्ष अपने पत्नी को मारपीट कर प्रताड़ित करता था। जिससे परेशान होकर मृतिका अपने ऊपर मिट्टी तेल डालकर आत्महत्या करना पाये जाने पर आरोपी पति के विरूद्ध थाना बम्हनीडीह में अपराध क्रमांक 52/22 धारा 306 भादवि पंजीबद्ध कर विवेचना में लिया गया।
️विवाहिता की आत्महत्या जैसे गंभीर प्रकरण होने से मामले की गंभीरता को ध्यान में रखते हुए तत्काल बम्हनीडीह पुलिस द्वारा आरोपी के घर में रहने की सूचना प्राप्त होने पर आरोपी पति अजय शर्मा निवासी सोंठी को गिरफ्तार कर पुलिस हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ करने पर आरोपी द्वारा अपना जुर्म स्वीकार किया गया। ️आरोपी पति अजय शर्मा उम्र 49 वर्ष निवासी सोंठी थाना बम्हनीडीह को दिनांक 14.08.22 को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक रिमाण्ड पर भेजा गया।

Janjgir-Champa:- The woman committed suicide by burning herself in the fire by pouring kerosene.️ The accused husband, who abetted the suicide, has been arrested. The accused was sent to judicial remand on 14.08.22.Road No. 04/22 of Police Station Bamhanidih Section 174 J.F. In the investigation it was found that the husband of the deceased Ajay Sharma aged 49 years used to beat and torture his wife. Due to which the deceased was found to be committing suicide by pouring kerosene on herself, after registering the crime number 52/22 section 306 Bhadvi against the accused husband in the police station Bamhanidih and taken up for investigation.
Keeping in view the seriousness of the case due to serious cases like suicide of the married woman, immediately on receipt of information about the accused’s stay in the house by the Bamhanidih police, the accused husband Ajay Sharma resident Sonthi was arrested and interrogated by the accused in police custody. be adapted. Accused husband Ajay Sharma age 49 years resident Sonthi police station Bamhanidih was arrested on 14.08.22 and sent on judicial remand.
