जांजगीर-चाम्पा।कलेक्टर तारन प्रकाश सिन्हा और पुलिस अधीक्षक विजय अग्रवाल ने आज वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जिले में बाढ़ और राहत बचाव को लेकर सभी एसडीएम-तहसीलदार-पुलिस अधिकारियों की बैठक ली। उन्होंने जिले में हो रही तेज बारिश के मद्देनजर सभी को अलर्ट रहने और किसी भी आपात स्थिति में तहसीलदार- थानेदारों के साथ मिलकर बचाव के कार्य प्रारंभ करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। कलेक्टर ने जिले के सभी अधिकारियों- कर्मचारियों की छुट्टी निरस्त करते हुए मुख्यालय में रहने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को फील्ड में रहकर राहत और बचाव के लिए कार्य करने और खतरे के निशान से ऊपर बह रहे पुल पर प्रशासनिक अमलो की ड्यूटी लगाकर आवागमन रोकने की कार्यवाही के निर्देश

कलेक्ट्रेट में वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जिले में हो रही बारिश को देखते हुए आपात बैठक ली गई। कलेक्टर ने एहतियात के लिए संभावित बाढ़ प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में मुनादी कराने, गोताखोरों को तैनात रखने तथा राहत और बचाव के लिए बोट, नाव तैयार रखने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने जिला स्तर पर बनाये गए कंट्रोल रूम को भी अलर्ट रहने और किसी प्रकार की सूचना आने पर तत्काल राहत अभियान चलाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। कलेक्टर ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग को भी सतर्क रहने और उपचार संबंधी आवश्यकता पर फौरन कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए हैं।अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों की छुट्टी निरस्त लगातार हो रही बारिश और नदी, नालों के उफ़ान को देखते हुए जिले में सभी को अलर्ट रखा गया है।कलेक्टर ने अधिकारियों- कर्मचारियों की छुट्टियों को निरस्त करते हुए तत्काल मुख्यालय में उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों को जनप्रतिनिधियों के साथ मिलकर आमनागरिको की सहायता के भी निर्देश दिए हैं।

फील्ड में नजर आए अधिकारी कलेक्टर और एसपी ने आपात स्थिति से निपटने के लिए तहसीलदार-थानेदार और राजस्व अमले को संयुक्त रूप से अभियान चलाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से सभी को फील्ड में रहने और जनप्रतिनिधियों सहित आसपास के लोगों के संपर्क में रहकर राहत अभियान चलाने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।ठहरने और भोजन की व्यवस्था के निर्देश कलेक्टर ने सभी मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया है कि बाढ़ और राहत बचाव के दौरान प्रभावित लोगों के ठहरने और उनके भोजन आदि की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। बाढ़ जैसे खतरे वाले जगह पर स्कूल और छात्रावास पर विशेष निगरानी रखी जाए।
बोट तैयार रखे, एसडीआरएफ को भी सूचित किया गया
कलेक्टर ने शबरी सेतु, चंद्रपुर सहित अन्य महत्वपूर्ण स्थानों में बचाव के लिए बोट तैयार रखने, तैराकों को अलर्ट रखने और पुल में आवागमन रोकने के लिए स्टॉपर सहित बैरिकेडिंग करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। एसडीआरएफ को भी सूचित कर दिया गया है।
