रायगढ़।सालों से निम्नमध्यमवर्गी परिवार जनों एवं शहर की लोगों की एक यही इच्छा व सपना था कि अब रायगढ़ में भी सरकारी स्कूल हो जो निजी अंग्रेजी मीडियम की तर्ज पर संचालित हो वर्षो से कई सरकारें आती-जाती रही लेकिन इस विषय पर किसी का भी ध्यानाकर्षण नही हुआ जिसे वर्ष 2020 में प्रदेश में बैठी सरकार के माध्यम से अब जाकर पूर्ण करने का निर्णायक फैसला लिया गया और उसे अस्तित्व में भी लाया गया आज आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के लोगों के लिये ये एक वरदान से कम नही जिन्हें अपनी बच्ची एवं बच्चों को शिक्षा दिलाने के लिए अपना सुख चैन तक गवाना पड़ता था व हजारों रुपये देकर प्राइवेट स्कूलों में पढ़ाने के लिये दिन रात अपना खून पसीना बहाकर मानसिक एवं शारिरिक प्रताड़ित रहकर मेहनत करना पड़ता था,मगर कोई इस बात को स्वीकार करें या न करें वो निम्नवर्गीय परिवार आज सरकार के इस फैसले को लेकर अत्यंत ज्यादा हर्षित है तो फिर आज इन मध्यमवर्गीय परिवार की खुशियां आखिर किसको खल रही है,किसलिए शिक्षा के नाम पर इस तरह से स्कूल को हटवाए जाने की कूटनीति षड्यंत्र रची जा रही है,जरा सोचिए कि यदि स्कूल को स्थान्तरित या बंद कर दिया गया तो वहां पढ़ रहे छात्रों का भविष्य तो अंधकार मय हो जायेगा इसकी जवाबदारी कौन लेगा,नटवर स्कूल रायगढ़ के रियासत काल के राजा के तरफ से उनकी प्यारी प्रजा के लिए एक अनमोल उपहार था ताकि लोग इस अमर धरोहर को हमेशा सहेज के रख सके, क्या वास्तव में यदि आज महाराजा नटवर सिंह जी जीवित रहते तो ये उन्हें बर्दाश्त होता की उनके नाम पर राजनीति की जायेगी कदापि नही, यह बात उन्हें बिल्कुल नगवार गुजरती की आज उसी शिक्षा ग्रहण करने वाले मंदिर को लेकर औचित्यहीन राजनीति की जा रही है कभी स्कूल के नाम परिवर्तन को लेकर तो कभी हिंदी ,इंग्लिश माध्यम के नाम पर क्या अब पक्ष-विपक्ष की लड़ाई में कोई और विशेष मुद्दा शेष बाकी नही रहा ।

देखा जाए तो सरकार के सही और उचित फैसले से आज जर्जर और ध्वस्त नटवर स्कूल की नींव फिर से मजबूत हो गई मरम्मत एवं रंगरोगन कराकर सालों तक आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए नटवर हाई स्कूल को एक नई दिशा एवं पहचान दी गई है जो दशकों तक अखंड रूप से सदा के लिए जीवंत खड़ी रहेगी।

इसी तारतम्य में इस बात को भी जान ले की शहर में कुछ और भी ऐसी अनमोल ऐतिहासिक धरोहरें है,जो मंत्री राजनेताओं एवं सरकार की नजरो के सामने वर्षो से धराशायी पड़ी हुई है और उनसे अपने कायाकल्प की अपेक्षा की आस लगाए हुए एक टक निहार रही है की आखिर कब इन्हें दुबारा अस्तित्व में लाया जाएगा क्या इनके लिए राज नेताओं को आगे नही आना चाहिए,ताकी आने वाली पीढ़ी इन्हें भी सदियों तक अपनी आंखों से पुनः यथास्थिति में देख सके और कह सके की हमने और हमारे पूर्वजों ने भी इसी संस्था से शिक्षा प्राप्त किया था।

शहर में एक और देखा जाए तो ऐसे कई शासकीय विधालय है जो अपना अस्तित्व पहले ही खो चुके है जिनमे मुख्य रूप से एडवर्ड स्कूल (टाउन हॉल) म्युनिसिपल स्कूल रामलीला मैदान ऐसे और भी कई स्कूलें है जो पूरी तरह से समाप्त हो चुकी है यहां तक की अगर सही मयनों में रायगढ़ शहर की आन-बान और शान कहलाने वाली बेशकीमती धरोहर की बात करें तो सबसे पहले महाराजा नटवर सिंह व राजा चक्रधर सिंह जी की बेशकीमती महलें है,जिन्हें हम लोग राजा महल,मोती महल,रानी महल,के नाम से भी बाखूबी जानते है जो अपनी दुर्दशा पर आज रो रहा है परंतु जिनके कायाकल्प के बारे में कभी भी कोई भी राजनीति पार्टी आवाज बुलन्द नही करती क्या ये सब उस वक्त के रियासत कालीन राजा नटवर सिंह की अनमोल धरोहरों में शामिल नही है जिनके नाम पर आज धरना प्रदर्शन कर राजनीति की बिशात बिछाई जा रही नित नई बातों को लेकर आंदोलन किया जा रहा है।शहर की और भी कई ज्वलन्त समस्याएं है साहब,, जैसे बदहाल सड़के जिनके चलते रोजाना दुर्घटना घटित हो रही है,हर तरफ कचरों का अंबार लगा हुआ है जिनसे संक्रमण और अनेकों घातक बीमारियाँ फैल रही है,हवा में फैलते वायु प्रदूषण की मार हर इंसान को दिन ब दिन बीमार कर मार रहा है,जनहित में इससे बड़ी समस्या और क्या हो सकती है इन सब विशेष विषयों को लेकर क्यों निष्पक्षता से आवाजें बुलंद नही की जाती है।

इसके पूर्व किसी अखबार में प्रकाशित खबर ,जिसमे जिला कलेक्टर के द्वारा नटवर स्कूल को लेकर स्पष्ट बातें कही गई…

निष्पक्ष’ रायगढ़ की कलम के संवाददाता ने जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी रायगढ़ के समक्ष इस विषय को लेकर चर्चा की क्या वास्तव में नटवर स्कूल का नाम परिवर्तन करने की कवायद चल रही है तो उन्होंने कहा ऐसा बिल्कुल नही है उनसे यह भी जानकारी ली गई की क्या भविष्य में हिंदी मीडियम में पढ़ रहे बच्चों को स्कूल से हटा दिया जायेगा तो उनका स्पष्ट कहना यह था की दोनों ही कक्षाएं हिंदी मीडियम तथा इंग्लिश मीडियम माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल के द्वारा अपनी जगहों पर यथावत संचालित रहेंगी।

Raigarh:- For years, it was the desire and dream of the people of the lower middle class family and the people of the city that now there should be a government school in Raigarh too, which should be operated on the lines of private English medium.  Attention was not received, which in the year 2020, through the sitting government in the state, a decisive decision was taken to complete it and it was also brought into existence.  In order to provide education to the children, one had to lose his happiness peacefully and to teach in private schools by giving thousands of rupees, he had to work hard day and night by sweating his blood and being mentally and physically tortured, but whether one should accept this or not.  The lower class family is very happy about this decision of the government, then who is hurting the happiness of this middle class family today, why in the name of education, a conspiracy is being hatched to get the school removed in this way, just imagine that  If the school is moved or closed, there will be  The future of the students who are studying will be dark, who will take the responsibility for it, Natwar School was a priceless gift from the Raja of Raigarh’s political era to his beloved subjects so that people can keep this immortal heritage forever for centuries, what?  In fact, if Maharaja Natwar Singh ji was alive today, he would have tolerated that politics would never be done in his name, it would have passed to him absolutely no surprise that today unjustified politics is being done about the temple receiving the same education.  In the name of change of name, sometimes in the name of Hindi, English medium, is there no other special issue left in the battle of the opposition.

If seen, with the right and proper decision of the government, today the foundation of the shabby and demolished Natwar School has been strengthened again, by repairing and repainting, Natwar High School has been given a new direction and identity for the generations to come, which has been unbroken for decades.  will remain alive forever.

In this context, it should also be known that there are some other such precious historical heritage in the city, which have been razed for years in front of the eyes of ministers, politicians and government and are looking forward to their rejuvenation.  It is that when they will be brought into existence again, should the political leaders not come forward for them, so that the coming generations can see them again in the status quo with their own eyes for centuries and can say that we and our ancestors also from this institution.  had received education.

If you see another in the city, there are many such government schools which have already lost their existence, mainly Edward School (Town Hall), Municipal School, Ramlila Maidan, there are many other such schools which have completely ended.  If we talk about the invaluable heritage of Raigarh city in the right way, then first of all, Maharaja Natwar Singh and Raja Chakradhar Singh ji are invaluable palaces, which we call as Raja Mahal, Moti Mahal, Rani Mahal.  We also know very well the one who is crying over his plight today, but about whose rejuvenation no political party ever raises his voice.  Agitation is being held for the new things that are being laid on the political agenda by performing a sit-in.  Due to which infection and many deadly diseases are spreading, every human being is affected day by day due to air pollution spreading in the air.  Is killing by doing sick, what can be a bigger problem than this in public interest, why are voices not raised impartially on all these special subjects…
