बालोद : छत्तीसगढ़ में एक गांव के लोगों ने शराबबंदी को लेकर सराहनीय संकल्प लिया है. इसे लेकर बाकायदा सख्त नियम बनाए गए हैं. जिसके मुताबिक गांव का कोई शख्स यदि शराब बेचते या खरीदते हुए पकड़ा गया तो उससे 51 हजार रुपए जुर्माना लिया जाएगा। इसके अलावा हाईटेक तरीके से गांव के लोगों की निगरानी की जाएगी।
यहां हम जिस गांव की बात रहे हैं वो है बालोद जिले का घुमका गांव 3 हजार की आबादी वाले घुमका गांव में पिछले कई दिनों से अवैध शराब बिकने के मामले सामने आ रहे थे। कई लोगों को पुलिस ने जेल भेजा था। गांव के चौक-चौराहों पर कुछ लोग शराब पीकर महिलाओं को परेशान कर रहे थे। जिसके चलते ग्रामीण परेशान थे।
इसे देखते हुए गांव के लोगों ने गुरुवार को एक बैठक कर कुछ जरूरी फैसले लिए हैं। इस बैठक में पूरे गांव के लोगों को बुलाया गया था। जिसमें बड़ी संख्या में महिलाएं भी शामिल हुईं थीं। बैठक में ये फैसला लिया गया कि यदि गांव का कोई शख्स शराब बेचते या खरीदते पाया गया तो उससे 51 हजार रुपए जुर्माना वसूला जाएगा।
आपको बता दें कि गांव वालों का यह फैसला इन दिनों खूब सुर्खियां बटोर रहा है मीटिंग में गांव में 10 दिन के अंदर सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाने का निर्णय किया गया है। जिससे लोगों पर निगरानी रखी जा सके। इन सब की निगरानी गांव की ग्राम समिति करेगी।
इस बैठक में गांव में गाली गलौज करने वालों से 20 हजार रुपए जुर्माना वसूलने का फैसला लिया गया है। साथ ही डिस्पोजल बेचने पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया है। इस बैठक में हर वर्ग के लोगों को बुलाया गया था। बड़ी संख्या में महिलाएं भी शामिल हुई थीं। ऐसे लोगों को समझाइश दी गई है , जो इन तरह की अवैध गतिविधियों में शामिल थे।
